Domestic Shipping:
Domestic US orders usually ship within 3 to 4 business days of purchase. Orders are shipped from Massachusetts, USA.
All shipping is done via USPS. You may choose your shipping speed at checkout. Please note that USPS shipping times for anything less than Express Mail are not guaranteed. Handling time will still be 3-4 business days before shipping, regardless of shipping choice.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address, so please make sure your address is correct before finalizing your order.
If you find your package is actually lost, please contact us at hello@goldcrow.co, but the best step after that is to call your local post office. This solves the problem 95% of the time! We can not offer refunds for lost packages, but will do our best to assist you in locating it.
International Shipping:
Currently shipping to Canada and Mexico. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's policies before ordering. Orders that are returned to us due to non-payment of fees are not refundable.

Our Shipping Supplies:
We will sometimes use recycled shipping supplies. Boxes, especially, we like to save and use again! We will only re-use boxes and packing materials that are clean and undamaged, of course!
Returns/Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Our policy lasts 5 days after you receive your package. If 5 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. Store credits will be issued in the form of a one time use coupon code. If you are hoping to exchange, please let us know ASAP, as our stock is very limited.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@goldcrow.co.
Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back. We will not accept items that do not have return authorization. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and move forward with issuing an exchange or store credit.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be e-mailed to you in the form of a one time use coupon.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your Privacy
We'll keep it simple! The data you provide to us when ordering is not used by us for anything other than processing and shipping your order, contacting you about your order or completing the payment of your order. Shopify (which we run our site through) has provided us with a much longer and detailed explanation of both our and their use of your data, as well as info on the cookies and possible data tracking.
